- Group lessons cannot be cancelled or changed. If your child is unable to attend due to sickness or any other unavoidable situation, a recording of the lesson will be available to cover missed topics.
- Group tuition fees are CHARGEABLE, regardless of notified or un-notified absences. This does not apply for the month of August only. Absences are not chargeable for the month of August providing all dates a child will be absent is provided 2 weeks before the start of August.
- During the term, there will be a one-week holiday, but there won't be any break during the half-term.
- Lesson fees must be paid in advance on a monthly or weekly basis. If you choose monthly payments, the fees are due on or before the 7th of the current month for the upcoming month. If you choose weekly payments, the fees are due on or before Tuesday of each week. If you fail to make the payment by the due date, a £10 administration fee will be added to the next month's/week’s invoice.
- Fees may change from time to time, and the services offered may be added or withdrawn. However, the fees won't be changed while a course or other service is in progress.
- Termination of tuition requires two weeks' notice in advance of a pupil’s last lesson.
- Termination of tuition notice can only be provided in writing by email or WhatsApp directly to the achieve grade 9 email or WhatsApp contact details. Termination cannot be provided by verbally notifying to tutor.
- Pupils/Parents are not tied into a minimum term contract for tuition; termination of tuition will result in a refund of fees paid in advance (minus adjustments for lesson attended and advanced payment and bulk lesson discounts).
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice must be given for 1-2-1 tuition absences (unless unforeseen circumstances) directly to the contact number provided otherwise full lesson fee to be charged.
- Late joining and absent: Tutors will join the online lesson and wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the student has not joined within 15 minutes, the Tutor will log off and this lesson will be charged in full.
- Your child's photo and video can be used for marketing and promotion purposes on our website, various social media, digital media platforms and print media.
- We cannot endorse instant or guaranteed results programs because we are legally unable to assure you of your ability to obtain results with our ideas, information, programs, or strategies. Our objective is to equip you with the top strategies to help you progress more efficiently. Nevertheless, nothing on this page, any of our websites, or emails should be interpreted as a pledge or guarantee of receiving a grade.
